b. Description: Contributes to the administrative support for the Latiolais Leadership Program (Percent effort = 80%); Coordinates and assists with the following administrative activities for the Latiolas Leadership Program:
· Schedules and coordinates monthly webinars;
· Works with IT manager at COP to make the webinars available online;
· Creates and manages a database for the email list serve for the Latiolas Leadership Program;
· Creates advertisement strategies for the webinars and executes those accordingly;
· Manages calendar and sends out meeting requests for the Latiolas Leadership Program meetings, webinars, and other various events;
· Facilitates payments for the Latiolas Leadership Program events and services;
· Takes meeting minutes at Latiolas Leadership Program meetings
Contributes to overall missions of the Latiolais Leadership Program, College of Pharmacy and the Department of Pharmacy (Percent effort = 20%)
· Works on projects that meet the program goals of the Latiolas Leadership Program;
· Assists in various administrative efforts for COP or the Department of Pharmacy in downtime;
· Helps with other projects as assigned
c. Qualifications:
· Pharmacy Student (preferred P2 to commit to a 2 year internship)
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Preferred webinar creation or website experience
