Description: Are you looking to utilize and enhance your clinical skills in a relaxed and welcoming environment? We are currently looking for a Full time Staff Pharmacist to enrich the pharmacy team at University Hospitals Extended Care Campus, located in Chardon, Ohio. UH Extended Care is a place to practice pharmaceutical care alongside a very experienced and knowledgeable staff. The hospital is a 118 bed long-term acute care Hospital facility where patients come first. Hours of operation: 7:00am – 6:30pm MONDAY – FRIDAY, 7:00am-3:00pm SAT/SUN/HOLIDAYS
The hospital is located in Northeast Ohio offers a variety of fun for the whole family. It is home to Pioneer Waterland, Alpine Valley Ski Area, and just minutes from the big city lights of Cleveland.
