Position: Operations Pharmacist Supervisor
Employer: One of the nation’s leading pharmacy benefit managers is seeking a managing pharmacist for its mail service facility
Description: The person in this position must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to train/coach employees, outstanding organizational skills, ability to motivate and lead by example, PC skills a plus, previous management experiences a plus, demonstrated sound judgment and decisions making skills, demonstrated attention to detail and task orientation, familiarity with pharmacy operations a plus, and be a registered pharmacist with valid practicing license. Competitive base salary and bonus offered.
Responsibilities: facilitate implementation of new programs and enhancements; coach, develop, recognize, counsel and train employees; manage daily operations; conduct group meetings; facilitate problem solving; interact with other departments to achieve business goals; manage performance per operation plan; and interact with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
